On Black Cumin Seed Oil:

I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and have tried many solutions ( allopathic as in drugs and homeopathic) to help alleviate some or all of the symptoms. The symptoms (for those unaware) range from bloating, excessive gas, constipation, diarrhea and pain in the lower abdominal area + others. These symptoms, although not life threatening, can affect one's life quite drastically depending on their severity. For me, nothing seemed to help and that produced stress which aggravated the symptoms.

Last December I agreed to try Kyphi's cold pressed Black Cumin Seed oil. It is supposed to be good for the digestive system which is highly sensitized in IBS. I took 1/2 teaspoon orally 3 x a day (breakfast, dinner and bedtime) and nothing else for the condition. Within 1 -2 weeks all of the symptoms had basically disappeared. The relief was incredible. I have been using this product now for 9 months. It hasn't cured my IBS BUT , except for the occasional flare-up, it has minimized all my symptoms.

If you have IBS or a digestive problem, seriously consider using cold pressed Black Cumin Seed oil. It may make a world of difference to you.

On Black Cumin:

I first met Nora while attending an aromatherapy workshop in Toronto several years ago . I was impressed by her passion for aromatherapy, but mostly by her integrity as a person. Over this past several years I have regularly purchased products from Nora. She has always gone " Above and Beyond " , to ensure that I was pleased with the product and service. She has Never disppointed me, despite living half a continent away.

A little over a year ago, Nora sent me a small bottle of Black Cumin oil to sample. As I started to use this product, I instinctively felt that it had healing properties. This was confirmed when a small spot of excema/psorisis that had been present on my lower back disappeared. I have had this spot for over 10 years despite varies things which had been used to treat it; unsuccessfully. While I was not using the Black Cumin for this purpose, this spot cleared up within 6 weeks upon begining to use it. Nothing else had changed but the introduction of Black Cumin in my system internally. This change was so dramatic that my wife also began to use Black Cumin ; as she had seen this spot for over a decade; and now it was gone! Seeing is believing. She has found that the condition of her sensitive skin has improved significantly since she has been using Black Cumin.

After about 9 months of using the Cumin regularly, while on vacation , I fell out of habit of using it. After several weeks of not using it; my " spot" came back once again. I reintroduced Black Cumin to my system once again; and as before this spot has healed . I also have had a chronic cough in the winter months ;and this also disappeared last winter while using the Black Cumin.

I am convinced the Black Cumin is indeed a tremendous health enhancer and would encourage anyone to try it. I plan on making it a lifelong part of my self-care. On Black Cumin:
