Moor mud is therapeutic mud, the result of union of nature and time for thousands of years. The mud is collected from the bottom of a lake where the thickness reaches several meters and is constantly circulated by the action of the streaming thermal water. Some of its distinctive characteristics is its high content of humic acid, salicylic acid, phyto hormones and the fact that is hydrosoluble and liposoluble. Canadian Moor is one of the rarest of the world that has not been tampered by man or contaminated by modern day pollution, it is also preserved by Canadian government laws. The Moor Mud is extracted during the winter months at a depth of 5 to 15 meters under the frozen surface where the thermal current circulates constantly. Canadian Moor holds a high level of humic acid, which aids in relieving arthritic and rheumatic pain. | |||
